Hello!
It’s Spring, the days are getting lighter, and the clocks go forward this weekend. Add to that the confidence coming from the easing of lockdown restrictions - thanks to the brilliant efforts of everyone on the vaccination programme - and there finally seems to be things to look forward to.
We’re definitely excited about the coming months, not least because Own Your Day will be published on 11 May!
After Easter, you’ll start to see emails drop into your inbox from us each Friday. They will keep you posted on all things Own Your Day, covering our publication and launch, plus some reflections on what we’ve learned in the process. We’ll share sneak previews of some of the content from the book, together with useful insights and signposting to other material that might be of interest for those of you curious to find out more.
We’d love to start a discussion on what we’re sharing, so do comment and join in the debate. And, as feedback is the foundation for everything we do, let us know what you want to see more or less of in our updates - it’s really important to us that they add value to you. You can do all of that by just clicking on this link:
There will be an opportunity to join us in the sport of beating the behemoth that is the Amazon algorithm (more on that in April) and an invitation to join us to celebrate at our launch event in late June. We’ve got everything crossed we’ll be doing that in person, even if we’ll be greeting you with waves and smiles rather than hugs and handshakes.
In the meantime, as part of the Own Your Day community, you can get involved in the following ways:
If Twitter is your thing, give us a follow on @OwnYourDay_Book
If you know of anyone else who’d be interested in finding out more through our weekly updates from after Easter through to the start of July, do share this email and encourage them to sign up using this link
We’ll be back with the first of our weekly notes on 9 April. Until then, thanks again for your support, it really is much appreciated.
Best wishes
Julie & Diana
